Welcome to vastroofing.us. These Terms of Service govern your use of vastroofing.us and related services (collectively, the "Services"), effective as of November 16, 2025, at 05:51 PM +07. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We operate from our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.

SECTION 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

SECTION 2 – USE OF THE SERVICES

Permitted Use: You may use the Services to request quotes, schedule roofing services, and contact support. All work is performed at our Jacksonville, FL location or on-site at 7979 RAMONA BLVD W.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or to violate local roofing regulations

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems

• Provide false information in quotes or contracts

• Post false reviews or engage in fraudulent activity

SECTION 3 – ACCOUNTS

To request a quote or book a service, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@vastroofing.us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

SECTION 4 – QUOTES AND PAYMENT

Quote Placement: All quotes are subject to site inspection and acceptance. We accept Klarna, Affirm, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Prices are in USD and include taxes based on your service address.

Payment: Deposits are required for scheduling. Full payment is due upon completion unless using approved financing. We are not responsible for declined payments due to insufficient funds or expired cards.

Scheduling: Services are scheduled within 4-8 business days from deposit. See our Scheduling Policy for details.

Cancellations: Quotes may be canceled before deposit. Contact +1 (904) 664-5240 within 24 hours.

SECTION 5 – SERVICES AND WARRANTY

Service Descriptions: We strive for accuracy, but specifications may vary based on inspection. See quote for details.

Warranty: All roofing work comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering workmanship. Excludes normal wear, misuse, or storm damage. See Refund Policy for claims.

Compliance: Services must comply with local building codes. Customers are responsible for permits where required.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and designs are owned by VAST ROOFING LLC or our licensors. You may not use trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

SECTION 7 – USER CONTENT

Photos and reviews you submit become VAST ROOFING LLC property. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them. We may remove inappropriate content at our discretion.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAST ROOFING LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. Some states do not allow limitations, so this may not apply to you.

SECTION 9 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify VAST ROOFING LLC against claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Duval County, Florida courts.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is posted on vastroofing.us.

SECTION 13 – MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. No waiver of rights unless in writing.
