VAST ROOFING LLC is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines your rights for material purchases and service deposits, effective as of November 16, 2025, at 06:06 PM +07.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• Materials (Unused): Return within 30 days of delivery if unopened, in original packaging, with all accessories.

• Service Deposits: Refundable if canceled 48 hours before scheduled work.

• Restocking Fee: 15% on non-defective material returns (minimum $100).

FREE REPLACEMENT FOR DEFECTS

• Within 7 Days: Full refund or replacement if materials are defective (no restocking fee).

• 5-Year Workmanship Warranty: Covers labor — contact us for repairs.

REFUND PROCESS

1. Contact Us: Email info@vastroofing.us with order number and photos within 7 days (defects) or 30 days (unused).

2. Approval: We'll issue a return label (free for defects, $100 fee for unused).

3. Ship Back: Return to 7979 RAMONA BLVD W, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32221.

4. Refund: Processed in 7–10 business days after inspection.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Opened materials, custom orders, used items, labor fees, permits.

• Shipping fees, disposal fees.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel before deposit at no charge. After deposit: 50% refund if canceled 24+ hours before work.
